Terms and Conditions
The season ticket is non-transferable and must be presented to the theater staff as proof of admission.
Reduced-price tickets are available exclusively to individuals up to 30 years of age and those over 65, as well as to employees of the City of Taranto, military and civilian personnel of the Italian Army in Puglia and the Port Authorities of Puglia, and personnel of the Air Force and Navy.
REDUCED-PRICE tickets will be granted exclusively to young people up to 30 years of age, to people over 65 years of age, to employees of the Municipality of Taranto, and to military and civilian personnel of the Italian Army in Puglia and the Port Authorities – Puglia, Air Force/Navy.
School students will be eligible for a discounted pass or ticket exclusively for Session B.
The TPP is linked to the 18app and the Teacher Card to allow 18-year-olds and teachers eligible for the bonus to purchase season tickets and tickets, respectively.
Documents proving eligibility for the discount must be presented at the time of booking and, upon request, to the dining room staff. Discounts cannot be combined.

ACCESSIBILITY
Tickets for a person with a disability and a companion require a paid ticket for the person with a disability—at full price without advance sale—and free admission for the companion.
Tickets for a person with a disability and a companion can only be purchased at the theater box office, either in person or by phone, specifying whether the person uses a wheelchair or requires a seat.
Please remember to bring medical documentation certifying the disability, as well as a photocopy of your ID, to the box office. Please note that seats reserved for people with disabilities are limited, so confirmation is subject to actual seat availability at the time of purchase.

Once the performance has begun, you will lose your right to the seat you purchased and will be seated in seats immediately adjacent to the exit; in some cases, you may be denied entry to the theater.
