General Terms and Conditions
The season ticket is non-transferable and must be presented to the theater staff as proof of admission.
Reduced-price season tickets are available to young people up to age 25 and to people over age 65.
Reduced-price tickets are available exclusively to young people up to age 25 and to people over age 65.

Puglia Culture is accredited with the Youth and Merit Culture Card and the Teacher’s Card, allowing cardholders to purchase season passes and tickets.
Documents proving eligibility for the discount must be presented at the time of booking and, upon request, to the theater staff. Discounts cannot be combined.

Ticket and Season Ticket Sales
Priority booking reserved for holders of the 2023/2024 Drama Season Pass
Priority booking will take place on October 24 and 25, 2024, during the following hours: October 24 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.; October 25 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

New Season Passes for the 2024/2025 Drama Season
New season passes for the drama season will be on sale at the Teatro Lembo box office starting October 28 during the following hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.; Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Tickets for the performances will also be available starting November 6 at all Vivaticket outlets and online at www.vivaticket.it.
After the season ticket campaign, tickets will be on sale the day before each performance at the Teatro Lembo box office from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM and on the day of the performance starting at 5:30 PM.

ACCESSIBILITY
Admission for a person with a disability and a companion requires a paid ticket for the person with a disability—at full price without advance sale—and free admission for the companion.
Tickets for a person with a disability and a companion can only be purchased at the theater box office, either in person or by phone, specifying whether the person uses a wheelchair or requires a seat.
Please remember to bring your disability card or medical documentation certifying your disability, along with a valid ID, to the box office. Please note that seats reserved for people with disabilities are limited, so confirmation is subject to actual seat availability at the time of booking.

Performance Schedule Evening Shows: Doors open at 8:30 p.m. / Curtain up at 9:00 p.m.
This schedule is subject to change for reasons beyond the organizers’ control; any changes will be communicated promptly in accordance with standard practice.
Once the performance has begun, no one will be admitted to the auditorium.
