2023 is a year of both continuity and innovation for the regional strategy: the visual identity has been refreshed, and for the first time, an open call to illustrators from Puglia has given rise to the first edition of a catalog, which was previewed at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair. The following year, the second edition of the catalog dedicated to illustration in Puglia is published; along with other materials, it is distributed at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair (as well as at the IBBY International Congress in Trieste and the Turin Book Fair). In 2025, the third edition of the catalog features the highest number of Apulian illustrators to date: 59. The number of publishers staffing the regional booth also increased year by year, reaching 11, in addition to the Apulia Regional Council.
